SHIPPING POLICY
We have a flat shipping rate of $5.00 for all purchases under $75, all others are free.
We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
You are responsible for entering and verifying the correct shipping address when you create your account or log in to your account.
If a package is returned to Hey Heifer Boutique due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship it to you.
If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.
If your tracking number says "Attempted Delivery, Item Being Held While Addressee is Contacted", that means it is being held by the post office until you contact them.
